So, it's January 20th, 2025 and we are preparing for a winter snow storm in East Texas. I had stopped for Brisket earlier and had some leftover and I had some Brie in the refrigerator. I thought that sounds good and then I starting humming and mumble-singing "brisket and brie, brisket it sounds good to me" then I thought that's kind of catchy. While consuming my BNB Tacos I searched and found no one had that name, so now you are all caught up on the origin story.
